There were few bugs in the original I noticed after the deadline. Here is the fixed version.

I made this game for Epic Mega Jam 2025. The theme was HERE WE GO AGAIN.

You will need a mac, attached to an xbox style controller to play this. For now, the controls are not mapped to the keyboard.

I definitely over-scoped but I am happy with what I have here, considering I was the only developer. My goal was to make something personal. Reflecting on the theme, here we go again, gave me ideas related to getting up again and again after repeated failures. Due to my own inefficiency, I don't think I communicated that idea properl. There are emotion sources and you are meant to unlock/learn how to control different emotions that comes with repeated failures. Frustration, Regret and Guilt were the ones I originally scoped for, but the final prototype doesnt have guilt.
Frustration is represented by shockwave that sends everything away, while regret is a teleportation ability, like the escape it is. There are so many more things I wish to communicate, for now this is what the time allows.
